Hand crafted in small batches; our Colby Cheese will have you reminiscing of an era gone by, with its fresh, creamy texture and with many small openings throughout the cheese. Available in blocks or longhorn shape. Our Colby has won numerous awards including several 1st place awards at the Wisconsin State Fair.
