Cheddar Cheese has been made in our factory since it opened in 1921. It is one of the most popular cheeses made. Our Cheddar is still made using the old fashion, labor intense way of using the traditional “cheddaring process”. Our Cheddar ranges from Mild Cheddar, which is 2 to 3 months old, to a very robust 12-year Aged Cheddar. Cheddar is available three ways, White, Colored, or Marble (a mixture of white and colored). Annatto Color is added to the milk to give cheese its orangish - yellow color.
